Bug Description

The application menu icon for many of the available themes is not of correct size for default panel size of 28 pixels. It is OK for panel sizes of 25/24, 31/32 and 39/40 pixels.

Menu Icon size is,
* OK for Ambient MATE (both normal and dark varients), BlackMATE and Radiant MATE themes, where it seems to be of size 24 pixels.
* Not OK for Yaru MATE, Menta, Submarine, Laguna and TraditionalOK variants, and also for Numix.

I'm on Ubuntu MATE 21.04.
