Bug Description
ie. i installed vncviewer via the terminal using the 'sudo apt install' instruction as a .deb file and the program installs fine. however it doesn't show in the 'all programs' list via menu until i reboot the system. if i install anything via the software boutique then this program does show in the 'all programs' list.
flagging this as i was perusing reddit and someone else had noticed this. here is the thread on reddit...
i am using 20.04lts ubuntu mate with contemporary desktop.
