Why are the only 2 selectable cities from GMT-5 (Eastern) are: Toronto and NYC? There's also this other city called Montréal who hosts a whole bunch of different of people in between the two.
Oh, and did you know that there was also a province and infrastructure surrounding this whole city? We better be start using it in 2020!

that's not really a bug in tzdata and ./usr/share/ zoneinfo/ America/ Montreal is available on disk so your client software could display it if wanted
