ubuntu-mate 18.04.2 on Raspberry Pi 3 having software update issues

Hi
After doing sudo update and sudo apt dist-upgrade with Ubuntu-Mate 18.04.2 with Raspberry Pi 3.
Getting lots of errors and it cannot update any new repositories from the Ubuntu Servers.
As there are no other options to download from any other countries.
Been Getting this errors after the update manager upgraded to the newer version.

Hi
Still having update issues. There is only 2 options for this distro for the rapsberry pi 3.
Main Server and United States server. Only two options. There are no other servers to download.
Please fix this issues.
