Bug Description

Since ubuntu mate 20.04 the login screen wallpaper shows a black band at the bottom of the screen on a 1920x1600 monitor. This is possibly due to a lower resolution wallpaper that is not automatically zoomed/streched. Option to Zoom/Stretch the wallpaper in
Administriation -> Login Window app is missing.
