Bug Description

In my Ubuntu Mate 20.04 desktop session I arrange windows aligned to all the edges of the screen (top, left, right, bottom).
When I logoff and logon again my windows positions are moved about half centimetre off the bottom and right edges, so every time I have to move them back in position again.
This was not happening with Ubuntu Mate 18.04.
