Bug Description

When I open a document with LibreOffice writer (or any other LibreOffice program), a LibreOffice icon appears on the panel, and stays on the panel even after the program has been closed (like seen in attachment). I have to completely remove the dock from panel and add it back in in order for it disappear. Each time I open LibreOffice a new icon appears. Version is 20.04 LTS.
