Bug Description

Issue Description
-----------------
Intel NUC5CPYH has two video outputs:
- VGA
- HDMI

On HDMI Output
- the visible pointer can't reach the left screen border by couple of pixels (it get stuck in a limit position)
- the invisible pointer in the background handle normally.

On VGA Out
- the pointer both visible and invisible behave normally

On Both Monitors connected on boot (Mate 20.04 beta)
- the pointer both visible and invisible behave normally on both outputs
- removing VGA monitor already logged in on desktop, mouse will behave also normally both visible and invisible on HDMI Output.

Connect VGA monitor after boot (Mate 20.04 beta)
- same issue as booting with HDMI out only
- this does not matter if I use both screens after or just one, issue is related to boot initialization.

It affects probably all Ubuntu distribution.
Tested only on Ubuntu and Ubuntu Mate, both 19.10 and also 20.04 daily builds.

Issue first noticed
------------------
Issue first appear on Ubuntu Mate 16.04 after performing LTS hardware enabling Stack when first available, and find that is related to xserver-xorg HWE, by reverting it back, wile keeping HWE Kernel.

Just tested and the issue is still present on Ubuntu Mate 20.04.4.

Not tested on latest Ubuntu Mate...

I will give a try on latest live image, but if I remember correctly issue was no present in the past on the live image...
I will also upgrade soon when I will have time...
