Bug Description

The locate-pointer function (enabled in "dconf Editor->org->mate->desktop->peripherals->mouse") seems to interfere with certain other functions that also uses the Ctrl key.

In Firefox, Ctrl can be used to copy bookmarks and bookmark folders by pressing Ctrl and then clicking and dragging the item to the desired target location for the copy. However, when you want to copy an item that is inside of either a menu or bookmark folder, the menu or folder colapses immediately when you press Ctrl. Since copying bookmarks or bookmark folders is something I do frequently in Firefox, the locate-pointer function becomes unusable for me.
