Bug Description
After a fresh install of Ubuntu MATE 19.10 beta ISO the 32-bit Nvidia library libnvidia-gl-435 is not installed. Used the checkbox during the install for installing third party software and drivers.
When attempting to open Steam, the client crashes instantly. However, after starting in a terminal, I found that it was missing the 32-bit library required to run.
Reproduced by:
Installing from Ubuntu MATE 19.10 Beta ISO. Check box for installing third-party software. Attempt to run Steam.

Tested again against daily build 10122019 and found same issue present. See attached list of libnvidia packages installed from checkbox install.
Installed Steam via Software Boutique.
