Bug Description
First install of 19.10 beta on a Thinkpad T450s. At the end of installation, after clicking on "Restart now" to conclude the installation I was expecting the transition to the MATE screen with a message similar to "Remove the installation media and press ENTER", as I have seen in past versions.
The actual behaviour was to go into reboot with the install media still connected. This would have resulted in starting the installation experience again if I hadn't pulled the USB media out before POST.
I have not had the opportunity to see if this is repeatable.
