Software Boutique not searchable in super menu

Bug Description
Searching the superkey menu for "software" or "boutique" returns no results for the Software Boutique app. In fact, the app appears not to be able to be searched at all. One must manually navigate to it in the Control Center in order to be able to open and use it.
This bug occurs in Ubuntu MATE 19.04

Did you do a fresh install Ubuntu MATE or upgrade from a previous version to 19.04?
