Bug Description
Before upgrading to 19.04 I had a game called Mahjongg in my Favorites of the Start Menu, but after upgrading to 19.04 on release day the game was removed from Favorites. I had to re-add to the Favorites menu by showing all applications, finding the game, then right-clicking and selecting to Show in Favorites.
