Bug Description

System: Ubuntu MATE 18.04.1 LTS (64 bit)
Package: Atril 1.20.1-2ubuntu2

How to reproduce:
- download ePub (e.g. https://www.baen.com/on-basilisk-station.html / https://www.baen.com/download/index/owned/id/41832)
- open Terminal
- run "atril PATH_TO_THE_EPUB_FILE"
- scroll through the opened ebook to check if it displays properly

Expected behavior:
- all pages are displayed properly, no errors in console output

Actual behavior:
- all pages following the table of contents are blank
- additionally, the Terminal output is full of errors like these:

(atril:2644): Gdk-WARNING **: 18:52:37.875: ../../../../../gdk/x11/gdkwindow-x11.c:5579 drawable is not a native X11 window

(atril:2644): AtrilView-WARNING **: 18:52:37.879: Error loading data from file:///tmp/atril-2644/On_Basilisk_Station.epubW22MVZ/obs_split_024.html: Frame load interrupted

I can confirm this, I tried this with several epub files, for me it showed the table of contents but not any part of the book

Please ignore my two (3 and 4) messages above.
I can't reproduce the problem on both clean Ubuntu MATE 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS VMs.

Worked with a fresh user profile - so it's likely something borked in the Atril config, but I can't figure out how to reset it.

I used strace to find out which files in my home dir were opened by atril and deleted these:

~/.local/share//mime/mime.cache
~/.local/share/recently-used.xbel
~/.local/share/gvfs-metadata/

Not sure which of these it was, but it works now.

It turns out ~/.local/share//mime/mime.cache was the culprit.
