Bug Description
Hi,
after my upgrade from Ubuntu Mate 16.04 LTS to 18.04 LTS I'm getting an empty panel whenever I'm selecting the familiar layout.
The way I proceeded to upgrade is by using an USB bootable key and installing Ubuntu Mate 18.04 LTS from there with keeping the content of my /home unformatted. All other partitions have been formatted.
I'm attaching a screenshot of my issue
