Bug Description

hello,

the RFXtrx433E controller plugged into a USB to a Raspberry PI3 where Domoticz is installed, crashes each time we restart Ubuntu Mate (On / Off / On) or on Domoticz shutdown and restart by "sudo service domoticz stop and start" . The RFXtrx433E LED is fixed in red. See the following link where everything is explained:

After a "software updater" in Ubuntu Mate, the problem remains:
The Ubuntu system transmits a data sequence that forces the RFXtrx in boot load mode.

If you want the Domoticz community to use Ubuntu Mate, you'll need to fix this bug. About me, I leave Ubuntu Mate for Raspbian.
