Bug Description
TV hooked up to a laptop; laptop is marked as Primary Display. With the TV turned off, the laptop went idle into the screensaver. When woken, lightDM is rendered on the (off) TV not the laptop display.

I have the opposite problem.
When the laptop is docked into a docking station connected to an external monitor, lightdm login screen does not show on the external monitor unless I open the laptop lid, in which case the login screen appears on both, but of a smaller size on the external screen that has a higher resolution.
