Evolution: Missing proper default path and preview in file selection dialog for category-icons for Contacts

Bug severity: Small annoyance :-)

Situation:
If I edit Categories for contacts in Evolution, I can choose icons for each category. There is a file-selection dialog for this task, but the default path is /home/user. Evolution stores its default icons in /usr/share/pixmaps/evolution-data-server.
Additionally, the file selection dialog doesn't show previews for selected icons on my system.

Suggestion:
In my opinion, the file selection should default to /usr/share/pixmaps/evolution-data-server.

Rationale:
If I as a user want to use a custom directory, I already know it's location and easily navigate there.
If I want to use the default icons, I have to open one of the example categories to find the location of the packaged icons and then return to the category I wanted to "iconify" in the first place.

Suggestion two:
Add or fix icon preview in the file selection dialog for contact-category icons

Rationale two:
In a dialog to select an icon, a live preview would improve the user experience.
