mouse frezzes on office when touched

Bug Description
So when I scroll through accessories, education and games etc. Particularly in the office when my mouse touches it but I do not actually click it freezes. My mouse is stuck there. After a few seconds, my mouse breaks free and I can use office nomaly and it does not freeze anymore. Then after awhile, it happens again. Usually when I turn it off then back on.
