Bug Description
- Latest Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LiveCD image as of 2017-12-14
- Cupertino and Mutiny panel layouts
To reproduce:
1) Choose Cupertino or Mutiny layout in MATE Tweak
2) Launch an application (Caja, for example)
3) Press Alt-F to show the File menu
Expected behavior:
- File menu pulls down from global top panel menu
Actual behavior:
- File menu pulls down inside the Caja window
