Bug Description
Ubuntu Mate 17.10
When using Lock from the system menu (upper right corner), nothing happens.
Maybe there is a connection with the following bug:
Standard shortcut for lock screen (Super+L) is not working

I have the same issue on Ubuntu Mate 18.04, but Super + L is working.
