Boutique Install Spotify has key error

Software Boutique reports Error with this text when Install is clicked with Spotify:

GPG error: http://repository.spotify.com stable InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY EFDC8610341D9410, E:The repository 'http://repository.spotify.com stable InRelease' is not signed.

- Ubuntu Mate 17.10 fresh install on Intel NUC. 64bit.
- Note: Spotify.com install instructions include this text:
"# 1. Add the Spotify repository signing keys to be able to verify downloaded packages
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 --recv-keys 0DF731E45CE24F27EEEB1450EFDC8610341D9410"

It's not so simple, you have to to that :
- first : add the repository commented before
- second : Add the Spotify repository
echo deb http://repository.spotify.com stable non-free | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/spotify.list

# 3. Update list of available packages
sudo apt-get update

This defect persists in 17.10.1
