Bug Description

Ubuntu Mate 17.10 in "Cupertino" mode (with global menu)
Activated advanced menu instead of the standard Mate-menu.

Opening the start menu, it shows "Nameless window" in the topmenu bar. This is useless and distracting. Useless b/c a click on it, closes the menu.

I'm using a customised MUTINY layout with the "MATE Menu" and that causes "Untitled Window" to appear in the topmenu bar. Would be great to have that silenced too.

Yeah the global menu fails to recognize some of the things like this one, hence "nameless window". The global menu crashes and doesn't work properly until a reboot on some applications like VirtualBox, which can mean it doesn't do well with Qt4 apps.
