Dejadup is not working b/c duplicity is not installed

Dejadup is not working b/c duplicity is not installed. After a manual install, Deja-Dup works as expected.

After installing duplicity I can backup to local hard disk however installing boto doesn't seem to enable s3 in Deja-Dup.

Nextcloud doesn't seem to work either.

Those should be different bugs then.

It appears that duplicity is now a Suggests: for deja-dup and not installed by default. I will update the ubuntu-mate-meta package to include duplicity.

This change was made to remove Python 2 from the Ubuntu-ISO. There should be a button asking you about installation on first use.

I'm marking as wontfix for ubuntu-meta for the same reason mentioned in comment 5 here.
