Bug Description

The application shows

we got an error, life is shit
gst-stream-error-quark: Internal data stream error. (1)
gstqueue.c(990): gst_queue_handle_sink_event (): /GstPipeline:pipeline0/GstURIDecodeBin:uridecoder/GstDecodeBin:decodebin2/GstVaapiDecodeBin:vaapidecodebin1/GstQueue:vaapi-queue:
streaming stopped, reason not-linked (-1)

and transcoding never starts.

Transmageddon in 17.04 works fine.
