Bug Description
When pressing shift-delete in the file browser to permanently delete a file, the dialog box makes all other open instances of the file browser unresponsive. This also applies to the "Replace file?" dialog. However, the file copy progress dialog doesn't interrupt the other file browsers.

I can confirm this, and I've reproduced in Xenial.
