"Delete file permanently?" dialog makes all open file browsers unresponsive

Bug Description

When pressing shift-delete in the file browser to permanently delete a file, the dialog box makes all other open instances of the file browser unresponsive. This also applies to the "Replace file?" dialog. However, the file copy progress dialog doesn't interrupt the other file browsers.
