Bug Description

On MATE Tweak -> Windows -> Undecorate maximized windows is checked, everything is ok for a while.
But after sometime, when opening new window (program, folder or whatever), doesnt open as 'Undecorated', it shows windows with decorated view.

When i untick and retick the option, it only corrects the windows on current workplace, and the windows on other workplaces dissappear, they are still running but cant reach to them in any way.

The only solution to 'Undecorate maximized windows' option to work again is restarting.

Hello
Can you please say what version of Ubuntu MATE you are using?
Also what do you have under MATE Tweak -> Windows -> Window Manager?
