Had problem that battery icon disappears while clicking right on it to add remaining battery time.
After a while the icon returns with this crash message.
For now, it is working ok.

My indicator applet vanished and couldn't be reloaded, which disabled sound completely. I use my laptop to perform a college radio show, and this made it impossible today. Fortunately, the station has a computer, so I used YouTube to play the Kinks live.

I am getting this under Ubuntu 20.04 - is this still not fixed (apparently almost 4 years old)?
Getting a crash notification quite often (does not matter which of the indicator applets I use), this makes using mate so annoying as it being nearly unusable.

How can I get the crash details to see if my crashes are actually the same as the ones described in here?
