Bug Description
Example:
1. Go to Workspace 11
2. Launch Chrome
3. Chrome opens "randomly" (?) on Workspace 8 instead of 11
Chrome is the only application that has this issue.
System:
- Ubuntu MATE 17.10
- google-
- Ubuntu MATE Panel Layout

Chrome seems to always remember on which workspace it had been opened last and then always opens itself on that workspace instead of the currently active one. It's the only application that does that. How come?
