Graphic issues in some areas

Bug Description

In some parts of the desktop (for example parts of the panels, brisk menu, software updater) there are sometimes black areas. This appears approximal every second day. When i am moving my cursor, the areas are flickering black for a very short time and are shown normally then. Please see my screenshot for an example.
It also happens when i am resizing windows.

My system:
Ubuntu MATE 17.04 64 bit
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.10.0-20-generic
CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 CPU @ 3.6GHz
GPU: Mesa DRI Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (Skylake GT2)
RAM: 1311MiB / 7873MiB
Resolution: 2560x1440
WM: Compiz

WHat theme are you using? Does this happen with the default Ubuntu MATE theme?

I am using Numix Blue (numix-blue-gtk-theme). Yes, it also happens with Ambiant MATE theme.

I made a small video to explain what i mean.

I noticed that this problem also appears when i am using Marco (Compton).

I can reproduce this on an Intel N3150 running Ubuntu MATE 17.04.
Can you please also see if you can reproduce the glitch visible at ~3 seconds into the video I'm attaching?
This happens when tooltips are produced (hovering above stuff in the window list for instance)
