Bug Description

When selecting "advanced menu" in mate-tweak, several desktop applications are not launched as children of mate-session but directly as systemd's children. Then they don't inherit the umask value set in /etc/login.defs, they get the default systemd umask of 022.

This is fixed since mate-session-manager 1.18.1-2ubuntu2 in Ubuntu MATE 17.10.
