Mate panel Drawer does not collapse when clicking away

Bug Description

Ubuntu 17.04, Mate 1.18

The drawer applet stays on top instead of collapsing when clicking away.

Reproduce:
1. Add drawer to panel
2. Click on drawer
3, Click away on anything else. Desktop, other app etc...

I don't see the reason for this behavior. It's actually a pain to always have to click and collapse the menu instead of clicking away on anything else. A new feature request were we can change this behavior would be nice.
