Fn-Buttuns for WLAN and secon Monitor don't work since 16.04.2

I have a Notebook Terra Mobile 1513 A.
I have installed Ubuntu Mate 16.04.1 and then updated to 16.04.2
The Fn-Buttons F7 (Monitors) and F11 (WLAN) do not work.
When I klick on standby and then start again, WLAN do not work. Then I have to restart the system.
With Ubuntu 16.04.1 all these functions worked without problems.

I don't know whether linux-image-extras are installed.

It's not a big problem for me, that the fn-buttons for WLAN and second
monitor do not work.

But it is interesting, that in ubuntu 16.04. it was ok.

Can you boot with earlier version linux kernel? Like 4.4.0-31-generic.

I think this is too difficult for me. I try to live without the terminal.

Since 2014 I work with Linux (Mint or Ubuntu/Mate).

Linux is great. I work as a pastor in a Baptist Church. There is enough
software on linux to do my job.

I will wait until it is upgraded to 16.04.3. I hope it will support all
FN-buttons.

Maybe in 2018 I will install the new Ubuntu Gnome 18.04.
