Caja, trash bin not showing content of usb drive

Bug Description

This is tested with a mounted USB drive and VeraCrypt volumes.

If a file gets moves to trash, it is not visible in the trash bin '~/.local/share/Trash/files'.
Even though it is in '/media/username/usb-drive/.Trash-1000/files/'.

I think this is new in 16.10. In 16.04 it works fine.

Seems like this is not only in Caja/Ubuntu Mate Distro. Here is a bug report from Ubuntu:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/1633824

Looks like this could be similar. If Glib is also used in Caja it should get an update to fix this.
