Bug Description
On a fresh 16.04.1 Mate (i686 and x64) install :
After a fresh install on several machines it is impossible to upgrade with APT.
fontconfig dont want to upgrade, and broke apt:
The error on the install script is on fc-cache when regenerating police cache.
The only way to resolve it is to purge and reinstall fontconfig/
This error is only on mate version, and not on unity official.
