Bug Description

This is something that happens on every startup on my 16.10 amd64. I get two dialogs: "Indicator Applet Complete has quit unexpectedly", and "Notification Area has quit unexpectedly". After I reload both of them, everything works fine until the next reboot.

Not sure what relevant info I could provide here, so please ask. Meanwhile, here are a few details:

Graphics: Open-source NVidia
Panel size: 25px
Icon sizes: 24px
Background: 1x25px PNG
Window manager: Marco + Compton
Theme: Default Ambiant

Update:

It started happening mid-session as well, so I was able to catch it:

Update: fresh install of 17.04 i386, another computer, no residual old user settings - same thing, except the clock also crashes.

The behaviour is random, sometimes none of them crash, but most of the time it's one or two of the 3 applets.

I have checked .xsession-errors, there is an ugly blueman crash on every startup, nothing critical beyond that. I am deactivating blueman in autostart in case it is somehow connected. Will report back with the findings.

Since I stopped blueman and Orca from autostarting, I've had no crashes. I think it is too soon to tell, but during the last 4-5 restarts all went well. I'll report back in case it continues.

Blueman should be definetely disabled in autostart, it's useless in its current state.
