Items missing from Panel on first login

Bug Description
When I power on and login, there are items missing from my Panel. There are several missing, but some are Desktop Switcher, Clock, Indicators, Volume.
If I log out, then back in, everything is there and works fine.
I am running Ubuntu-mate 16.04 on a Toshiba Satellite P75-A7200. The iso I used to install is ubuntu-
