Ubuntu MATE 16.10, 17.04: wrong name of indicator messages at Startup Applications

Bug Description

When you enable the indicators from the MATE Tweak, then it creates 2 `Indicator Sound` entries at mate-session-properties when the second one should be called `Indicator Messages` as shown in the attached image.

Ways to reproduce:
1) Enable indicators from MATE Tweak
2) Open the mate-session-properties (Startup Applications)
3) Edit the 2nd `Indicator Sound` and see that the command is actually: `/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/indicator-messages/indicator-messages-service`.
