Bug Description

Dock Applet v0.74 -v0.75 (gtk3) have 2 bugs:
-when the panel will be full of apps you will se that the first one(in this case the menu) will be cut in half by the second icon (firefox)and then will disappear and firefox will take the menu icon place. If you add more icons the same problem will see in the down side of the panel with the trash icon in this case
-the other problem is that you can not select the icons (menu) if the firefox is over it and the same with the trash icon

        OS: Ubuntu 16.10 daily
Interface : Mate 1.15.1
