first configuration fails

I downloaded ubuntu mate 16.04 image for raspberry PI 3, burned it on 32GB sd card, and put in the RP.
When it started a window for first configuration (for superuser) pops, at the first window it asks for language, after a few seconds, a second windows pops requesting location\region, but after 2 seconds it crash without clicking on anything.

Now i just see the ubuntu mate logo and can't do anything except shutting down the RP.

I will be glad if you can help me find a solution so I will be able to use it.
