Bug Description
When I running a fullscreen windows of Google Chrome if I minimize it I can't move windows with mouse or use right click of the mouse to change wallpaper etc.
When i running other program such as Firefox everything is working ok.
The bug is still present only with compiz enabled.
Ubuntu MATE 16.04 daily with Compiz 0.9.12.2

Can you use MATE Tweak to Reset Compiz to defaults and let me know if that sorts the issue please.
