Windows move beneath Mutiny style bar on left of desktop

Windows (firefox, pluma, terminals, others) [using compiz] will move beneath Mutiny style launcher bar with dock on left side of screen with dual monitors. Please see the image attached showing issue with firefox. Windows obey on bottom screen bar/dock.

Definitely related to the other secondary monitor seeing how the windows obey the launcher bar on the right side of the primary monitor.

What version of Ubuntu MATE are you running? I ask because I have dual monitors and can't reproduce this Ubuntu MATE 17.10 daily.

Its actually not a monitor, its a SonicView projector set to the right as a secondary monitor but I think I had two monitors set when first reported. The projector is powered off most of the time but the system remembers it and I can move windows off screen to where it should be when powered on.

See image on boot; you can see how KeepassX tucks beneath Mutiny launcher and top bar. Its a quick ctrl-alt + numpad to adjust or alt + F7.

Confirmed on Artful and Xenial. If there is a vertical panel on the right monitor, it will overlap any maximized window on the right monitor.
