Missing desktop and computer icons for Ambiant-MATE / Radiant-MATE themes

The desktop and computer icon in Ubuntu MATE hasn't been adapted to match the rest of the icon set. These icons are inheriting the purple from the Humanity theme as these icons are not present in the Ambiant-MATE and Radiant-MATE themes.

I have re-coloured the desktop and computer icons matching Ubuntu MATE's colour, and propose their addition to the theme(s).

Here's an updated archive containing re-coloured icons for 'preferences-desktop' and 'preferences-system-network' to complete the re-colouring of the desktop to Ubuntu MATE's green which I had overlooked.

There is also a problem with the 24 computer icon being used instead of the 48 one for "Computer" on the actual desktop. Whether this means the icon theme needs further amendments, I'm not sure.
