Bug Description

When Compiz is enabled via MATE Tweak it is possible that the windows decorations used by `gtk-window-decorator` are different from what the user was currently using in Marco.

This can be resolved by having MATE Tweak set the Metacity theme to the same theme currently used by Marco prior to replacing Marco with Compiz.
