Updated translations for mate-tweak [debdiff attached]

I downloaded the upstream tarball, but there are differences betwen your debdiff and your tarball, do you mean checking?

Not as well that translators.txt changes from your patch didn't apply correctly. Please check this and ping me back :)

Attached is a revised debdiff that applies cleanly, incorporates all the recent translations and a fix for #1441072.

The diff applied just fine for me, but it looks like there are local changes which are not in the 3.4.8 tarball:
