[FFe] Upload of Folder Color, Scalable folder should not be included.

Hi! As you can see here,

An icon theme should not have scalable folder. Then, I removed them. But this will create a *critical* future issue, because I was using them (into the current package in Vivid) for setting the icons, then, this will break all the colorized folders in an upgrade from Ubuntu 15.04 to 15.10, because the system will not find them in the future 15.10.

The change in the code is big for adapting that, then it would be better to upload the complete package.
I fix a few issues from user's feedback too and the final versions are more stables too than never :)

I'd recommend you to upload these packages as freeze exception into Vivid:
