Bug Description

I got this error report along with a pop-up warning that notification area has quit unexpectedly. This is the second boot since installing last night. This is quite likely a duplicate of bug #1425401 but I wanted to let apport collect all related info. I'm attaching a screenshot of the notification area warning.
