Bug Description
In Ubuntu-Mate 15.04 When one changes themes in Appearance Settings nothing happens.
Once you log out, then back in the changes take.

Yes, also when running MATE 15.04 in Virtualbox. Certain font settings are affected as well. Desktop font does not require a logout/login.
