2 errors: eth0 wireless and 'send and receive' title

Bug Description


From the manual: "If ``disconnected'' appears in gray
underneath the wired network section, look below to see if an
option labeled ``Auto eth$0$'' appears in the list. If so,
click on it to attempt to establish a wireless connection."

eth0 should be a wired connection, not wireless.


The text refers to "Send and receive" in Evolution. The correct title is "Send & Receive Mail". Here's the sentence:

\application{Evolution} will then show a \window{Send and Receive} window, showing the progress of the operation such as how many messages are being retrieved.

Both of these exist in lucid e2.
