lack of hyperlink to a bug tracking service for the manual

Bug Description

there is currently not in the manual a direct link to a place that anyone could submit mainly bugs, but also ideas and proposals for the manual. Not everyone knows about launchpad and its bug tracking service. I suggest that at the first page with "some rights reseved" reference, revisions etc. should be added sth like: "Commit feedback, bugs, ideas etc. in http://bugs.ubuntu-manual.org"
